Health Care Assistants – Ward 30 Division of Medicine Middlemore Hospital, Part Time Permanent Role (0.5FTE) High performing, multi-disciplinary team with rostered shifts. About the role We are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join the Medicine Division in supporting our expansion in inpatient General Medicine wards. The role is based at Middlemore Hospital and will be part of an exciting service growth. Health Care Assistants are our RNs right hand people. Assisting them with day-to-day tasks of caring for our patients, this is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to our vision of delivering quality patient care and compassion. The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work with different patients and families supporting the nurses. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be required to provide clinical care to our patients and support our team work. Our new team member must also be highly organised, able to prioritise, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with our patients. Why Join Us?
