The Opportunity To support our ongoing growth and success, we are looking for a manager to lead our branch in Te Puke for the Bay of Plenty/Tauranga region, reporting to our Area Manager (Central & Lower North Island & South Island). A key focus of your role will be working with the team to drive sales, develop local relationships and increase our market share in the area. This is a fulfilling opportunity for career development and growth, and you will work alongside a national team of experienced and innovative construction specialists. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and strategically implementing opportunities to grow the Bay of Plenty/Tauranga business Overseeing the Production team's construction of Keith Hay Homes across the Bay of Plenty Ensuring excellent delivery in customer relationships, branch financial results and operational performance Overseeing the sales team and management of the sales process and growth across the region Leading, growing, training and developing the branch team Our ideal applicants will have: A proactive, relational and resilient approach to team development, sales and customer service Confident leadership and negotiation experience Proven Sales and/or Business development experience with a successful track record of delivering results and growth An understanding of or experience working with residential building processes would be advantageous but isn't essential Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, customer relationship management and planning software systems Why work with Keith Hay Homes?
