Job Description Process and Improvement Manager Auditing Services – Auckland or Christchurch At AsureQuality , we help build trust in food by supporting Aotearoa’s primary industries with world-class auditing, inspection, and certification services. We’re looking for a Process and Improvement Manager to lead transformation and continuous improvement across our Auditing Services team. What you’ll do Lead our auditing scheduling team , optimising workflows and driving efficiency using Lean and Agile principles. Drive commercial performance through smart analysis and process enhancements. Coach, mentor, and role-model a culture of innovation and improvement . Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that build customer confidence and long-term value. Qualifications What you’ll bring Proven leadership in process or continuous improvement. Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and workflow optimisation . Experience with change management and the ability to influence at all levels.
