Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while providing critical support across governance, reporting, and business improvement initiatives. About the Role Supporting adviser and client administration activities Processing transactions, transfers, withdrawals, and account maintenance requests Providing operational and technical support to advisers, clients, and colleagues Supporting operational controls, risk management, and compliance requirements Coordinating meetings, maintaining executive calendars, and managing scheduling requirements Preparing agendas, board papers, meeting packs, and taking minutes where required Managing documentation, correspondence, and confidential information Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency You will also have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of products, systems, and workflows while contributing to ongoing business improvement initiatives. About You Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Experience preparing professional documentation, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence Strong problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks A continuous improvement mindset and desire to identify more efficient ways of working Previous experience in operations, administration, governance support, executive coordination, client services, or financial services would be advantageous What's on Offer?
