Solar Installer

In this hands-on position, you'll be installing solar panels, wiring, and helping with maintenance and troubleshooting. Join a supportive, well-established company that values your professional development Work in a structured and organized environment with clear processes Enjoy collaborative support from a skilled and friendly team Earn a competitive hourly rate based on your experience and qualifications Access ongoing training and upskilling opportunities Vehicle and tool allowance available (experience dependent) What you will be doing: Installing solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems safely and efficiently Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines Maintaining high safety standards and following all site and company procedures Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients Taking pride in your workmanship and representing the company positively on every site Being proactive in problem-solving and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace Travelling to various job sites around the region as required Pay Rate: $35.00 to $45.00per hour (based on experience) What we're looking for: Previous experience in solar installation, roofing, or electrical work Physically fit and confident working at heights and outdoors in all weather Full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport Ability to read and follow site plans, diagrams, and safety instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Must have the right to work in New Zealand Our client is committed to supporting the growth, skill development, and overall well-being of their team.
