Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and systems-savvy HR Co-ordinator to join our head office team in Te Puke. This is an exciting opportunity to work across all functions of the employee lifecycle while becoming the go-to person for several of our key HR systems. You will need to be a highly competent administrator, with an eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement and new ideas! Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Preparing employment agreements and variations. Manage our permanent onboarding programme, ensuring every new team member gets off to a great start. Become the system lead for our HR systems, including DocuSign, SharePoint and our internal online application system, providing administration, troubleshooting, user support, system improvements and in-house training. Manage and maintain EastPack's social media platforms, ensuring content and information remain current and engaging. Support employee engagement initiatives, including staff surveys and our annual events calendar. Coordinate exit interviews, analyse trends and provide meaningful insights to the Senior Leadership Team. Provide administrative support across a range of HR initiatives and corporate projects. You will need: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. To be able to make good decisions when working under pressure. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse group of people. To be systems-savvy and have the confidence to become the subject matter expert for several of our key business systems as well as delivering in-house training for them. Previous experience using HRIS systems would be an advantage. The ability to be flexible with the highs and lows of seasonal work which will involve working extended hours (including weekends) at times. Previous experience (at least 1-3 years) in a generalist HR Administration or Co-ordinator role would be preferred. To state the obvious - you'll need to be able to deal with matters in a discreet and confidential manner and be able to react quickly and confidently to the many challenges of a seasonal business. Most of all, you will need to be resilient, as this is a busy and varied role where no two days are ever the same! Come and join us on our journey to be the industry's #1 employer of choice! #J-18808-Ljbffr
