We are looking for a skilled and passionate qualified Chef who understands how to prepare comforting home style Chinese meals, with a focus on Cantonese style dishes, for older Chinese residents at Elizabeth Knox Home & Hospital. This role would suit someone who takes pride in preparing familiar, nourishing meals that feel like home. What matters is practical cooking experience, a good understanding of Chinese/Cantonese home style flavours, and versatility across a range of cuisines, including European style dishes and special dietary meals.
