Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to take technical ownership of its Microsoft cloud environment and help drive its transition to a cloud-first future. This is an opportunity to work on technology that supports an organisation delivering real value to New Zealand. You\'ll be the senior technical authority across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid infrastructure, leading platform design, automation, security, resilience, and continuous improvement. What you\'ll be doing: Leading the design and evolution of secure Microsoft cloud and hybrid platforms Driving automation through Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines Strengthening identity, security, governance, and Zero Trust capabilities Leading complex cloud migrations and modernisation initiatives What you\'ll bring: You\'ll have significant experience designing and supporting enterprise Microsoft environments, including: Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Entra ID (Azure AD) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) PowerShell automation Microsoft certifications and experience working within complex enterprise or public sector environments will be highly regarded.
