Fixed Term Sales Assistant - Cuba Mall x 2 Fixed Term Sales Assistant - Cuba Mall x 2 Winter is one of our busiest seasons, and we're looking for energetic, reliable Fixed-Term Team Members to join our Team and help keep our stores running at full strength during peak trade and seasonal staffing demands. This role will provide support across the Wellington Hallensteins network, helping stores maintain exceptional customer service and operational standards when additional coverage is needed. This Fixed Term position is from June to 2nd August 2026. About the Role This isn't just about folding tees and restocking denim. You'll be stepping into different stores across Christchurch, supporting teams where you're needed most and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience every shift. In this role, you'll: Deliver next-level customer service and create great shopping experiences Support multiple Christchurch stores during busy trading periods Assist with sales, replenishment, stock processing, and visual presentation Help maintain high store standards across the network Work across fitting rooms, POS, stockrooms, and the shop floor Be a reliable team player who can quickly adapt to different store environments About You You bring the energy, and you're ready to jump in wherever support is needed.
