I.T Technical Support & Systems Maintenance

We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, highly detail-oriented, and enjoys problem solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential. The position will work closely with senior team members and provide support to staff across all branches. Previous experience is not critical, as this role is suited to someone entry-level with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn. We will train the right person on the job to be able to carry out these tasks. This person is Passionate about technology Enjoy puzzles and problem solving Enjoys variety of challenges Natural aptitude for technology Likes being hands on Bonus (nice to have but not essential) Database and entry level programming experience The job: to support the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and operation of: Firearms-related data processes, general technical support tasks across the business. This role is primarily focused on internal I.T. support and systems maintenance, while also assisting with the technical and data-management side of firearm compliance processes, including firearm audits, serial tracking, and error correction. Key responsibilities include assisting with firearm audit scheduling and scanning processes, resolving data and serial number issues, supporting POS and ERP systems, troubleshooting general technical problems, and performing Level 1 I.T. support tasks such as desktop/mobile support, printer maintenance, account management, and system setup. The role also includes routine systems monitoring, server and storage checks, and assisting with security system oversight. We have a great I.T team You do not need any Gun knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
