As we continue to support more customers through our adviser network, we’re looking for an Adviser Partners Support specialist to provide exceptional service to our Home Loan partners and key internal stakeholders. As Adviser Partners Support, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business internally and externally to support the Home Loan application process from an operational and service perspective. This role demands a high level of accuracy, sound judgement, effective communication, and a strong commitment to service excellence. You’ll be responsible for: Entering accurate data into our core systems, Checking applications to ensure minimum compliance requirements have been met, Liaising with Adviser Partners, helping ensure communication is clear, professional, and timely.
