The role We are seeking an energetic and innovative science teacher specialising in physics and biology to lead our senior science teaching (NCEA Levels 2 and 3)and alsodeliver Year 11 science. Where appropriate, learning will be delivered through a sport lens, integrating scientific understanding with performance, human biology,biomechanicsand wellbeing . The successful candidate will design and deliver rigorous and engaging science programmes that connect to sport,healthand real-life application. Ability to teach chemistry at senior level is a benefit and will strengthen an application. All combinations of science skills mentioned above will be considered. We are looking for A fully registered teacher with a current NZ Teaching Council practising certificate. Proven ability to teach senior physics/biology and/or chemistry at NCEA Level 2/3 and Year 11 science.
