Role: Principal Consultant / Workplace Modernization Architect Location: Wellington, NZ About the Role Are you ready to shape the future of work for global enterprises? We are seeking a visionary Principal Consultant / Workplace Modernization Architect to lead the strategic assessment, architecture, and transformation of our enterprise workplace services. In this role, you will be the driving force behind cloud‑native endpoint modernization and Zero Trust security frameworks across both Windows and macOS ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between high‑level business strategy and cutting‑edge technical execution, delivering a world‑class digital employee experience. Core Responsibilities Workplace Strategy: Architect future‑state modern workplaces, lead cross‑functional alignment workshops, and define enterprise migration roadmaps. Endpoint Modernization: Transition legacy infrastructures to cloud‑native management while establishing global device governance models. Security Architecture: Design comprehensive Zero Trust endpoint frameworks, implement CIS/NIST security baselines, and provide advanced remediation guidance. Digital Employee Experience (DEX): Establish proactive DEX monitoring strategies, optimize operational workflows, and define key end‑user productivity KPIs. Provisioning & Automation: Architect global Zero‑Touch deployment models, scalable Windows Autopilot infrastructures, and robust operational automation strategies. Technical Requirements Endpoint Management: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID. Zero Trust & Security: Proven experience with Defender for Endpoint/XDR, Conditional Access, PIM, and CIS/NIST compliance frameworks. DEX & Monitoring: Proficiency in platforms like Nexthink, ControlUp, Lakeside SysTrack, or Microsoft Endpoint Analytics. Automation: Strong scripting and workflow skills using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Azure Automation.
