Java Software Developer

Join a high performing product development team in a growing SaaS Platform in NZ. We are actively seeking an experienced developer to join our client's Product team, contributing to the enhancement and evolution of their API, core engines, as well as web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will join a compact, high performing, diverse, professional Product team with access and mandate to utilise modern technologies coupled with lean product development practices. What will you do? Design, develop and implement new features and functionality. Troubleshoot, review and evolve existing systems and APIs. Support connectivity and technical enablement of their growing partner and system ecosystem. Automating application deployment, configuration and quality pipelines. Work with the team to define and deliver their Product and Technology Roadmap. Communicate and collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Experience and the wider organisation. What will you bring? minimum of 3 years or equivalent experience in developing mission critical financial systems and APIs at scale. Java development experience using the Spring framework Experience in building and utilising modern RESTFul APIs Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL or similar data platforms.
