Job Description

About ZURU ZURU is on a mission to disrupt across industries, challenge the status quo and catalyst change through radical innovation and automation advances. This is in play in different pillars of the company: ZURU Toys are re-imagining what it means to play; ZURU Tech is shaping a better future by leading the next building revolution; ZURU Edge is pioneering new generation FMCG brands to better serve modern consumers. Founded in 2003 by EY Entrepreneur of the Year and World Entrepreneur Hall of Fame brothers Nick and Mat Mowbray, ZURU has quickly grown to a team of over 5000 direct and indirect members across more than 30 international locations. One of the largest toy companies in the world, globally recognized and award-winning brands include Bunch O Balloons, Mini Brands, XSHOT, Rainbocorns and Smashers. Our global FMCG brands include MONDAY Haircare, Rascals, BONKERS, Gumi Yum Surprise, and more! For more information, visit www.zuru.com Position Overview This position is mainly focused on being the bridge between the Global Logistics team and the wider business — Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Brand Engagement, Digital, and Data teams. You will drive supply chain excellence projects, act as the primary liaison for non-Supply Chain colleagues, and explore and scope process improvements across ZURU's global supply chain and logistics network. You will support the Global Logistics Manager with cost modelling for 3PL RFQs, learning how to manage 3PL operations, structuring the discussion points and trackers for monthly 3PL WIP meetings and business reviews, and training and onboarding new ZURU team members (Logistics 101) by taking them through our processes and our network. You will be the voice and champion of change in ZURU Logistics. Position Impact You are the bridge between the Logistics team and every other team internally — whether it's tracking and providing shipment updates, modelling supply chain costs for a new brand or entry into a new market, or driving a process improvement project internally or with a 3PL, you are at the center of it all: unblocking bottlenecks and acting as the primary liaison for non-Supply Chain stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Data, Sales, and Commercial teams. This is an amazing opportunity to learn how global organisations run supply chain operations, working alongside a team of Global Supply Chain and Logistics experts who are responsible for driving real change into ZURU's logistics processes and delivering strong cost-to-serve and service levels across the global 3PL network. Roles & Responsibilities Logistics Cost Modelling: Support end-to-end commercial cost modelling for domestic brand launches. Support cost modelling for 3PL RFQ processes. Use AI tools to enhance the Logistics team's ability to deliver accurate, fast cost models. Build and maintain a framework to review and compare cost models against actuals once costs hit the P&L. Project Support: Work on various projects assigned by the Global Logistics Manager, contributing to different aspects of logistics and supply chain management. Assist in monitoring and tracking the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery. Support the development of reports and dashboards to enhance transparency around supply chain performance. Assist in the implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and Planning, to gather data and support their supply chain needs. Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Skills & Experience Recently completed, or currently working towards, a qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. Some exposure to a warehouse, logistics, freight, or retail/supermarket environment (through an internship, part-time role, or full-time work) is highly regarded. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis), with a willingness to build more advanced skills on the job. Exposure to SAP or another ERP system is an advantage, but not essential. Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders across different teams and countries. Naturally curious and analytical, with strong attention to detail. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within a global supply chain function. Why ZURU is right for you ZURU moves fast, thinks big, and sets ambitious goals. We're not your typical 9-to-5. Our teams are made up of talented people who enjoy solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously raising the bar. If you're excited by making a real impact, learning at pace, and being surrounded by people who challenge you to grow, you'll likely thrive at ZURU. ZURU's approach to ways of working We believe the best ideas come from working closely together. Our teams adopt an office-first mindset enabling fast collaboration, quicker decision-making, and stronger team connections. While flexibility may be available depending on the role, location and business needs, most positions are based in the office, where we can innovate, learn from one another, and move quickly as a team.
