We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a full-time teaching position with leadership responsibility for our Years 5–8 team. Working alongside an experienced and collaborative leadership team, you will lead by example, support excellent teaching and learning, and help shape the future direction of our kura. We are looking for someone who: Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners. Inspires and supports colleagues through collaborative leadership. Builds authentic relationships with students, staff, whānau, and the wider community. Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Has a strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and student wellbeing. Enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading by example, and recognises that the greatest impact comes from working alongside others rather than in front of them.
