Competitive salary package Profit sharing and performance-based bonuses Hybrid working arrangements Genuine career progression opportunities in an international organisation Ongoing professional development and structured training Exposure to a broad range of customer projects and technologies A collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on businesses across the automotive industry What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in helping customers maximise the value of their Dealer Management System by: Delivering outstanding customer support via phone, email, and support platforms Troubleshooting software, workflow and dealership operational issues, managing and escalating complex cases where required Maintaining accurate customer records and resolutions Supporting software implementations, including configuration, onboarding, data validation, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and remote or onsite deployment Delivering customer training, workshops and post-implementation support to drive successful adoption Collaborating with Product, Development, Delivery and Customer Success teams to achieve exceptional customer outcomes Contributing to process improvements and internal knowledge resources Identifying recurring customer challenges and providing valuable product feedback Continuously developing your product knowledge through structured training and professional development About You Applicants must already hold the legal right to work in New Zealand at the time of application. Success in this role comes from understanding dealership operations, not from having a traditional IT background. Proven dealership experience in roles such as Service Advisor, Parts Interpreter, Warranty Administrator, Workshop Controller, Fixed Operations Coordinator, Aftersales Specialist, Dealer Management System (DMS) Super User, or in another similar dealership role Solid understanding of dealership operations, including Repair Order lifecycle, parts ordering and invoicing, workshop scheduling, warranty processes, OEM procedures, and customer-facing workflows Strong systems aptitude and confidence learning new software Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a practical, customer-friendly way Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Willingness to travel (approximately 10-25% is required) for customer implementations and workshops While not essential, experience with any of the following is advantageous: Working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) Software implementation or customer onboarding Customer support within a software or technology environment Training or coaching end users #J-18808-Ljbffr
