Location: Hamilton city, Bermuda Engagement: Full time Team: Grocery retail operations What you'll do Prepare and process various types of fresh and frozen meat products Operate and maintain standard electrical butchery equipment Ensure all food handling meets safety and quality regulations Provide professional service to customers in a retail setting Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional butchery experience Documented certification in food safety fundamentals Proficiency in handling both fresh and frozen meat inventory Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Professional appearance and a strong work ethic Nice to have Practical experience or knowledge regarding fresh fish preparation Skills & tools Meat processing equipment Food safety protocols Retail butchery techniques Practical notes Applicants must be prepared to work on-site in Hamilton city. #J-18808-Ljbffr
