TeTūranga– About the role The Employee Experience (EEx) Programme is transforming how our people and payroll experience works across Foodies-simpler, smarter, and focused on the moments that matter most. As part of this work,we’reseekinga People Systems Consultantto join our People & Capability team and play a hands‑on role in shaping, improving, and supporting our people systems.Reporting to the Head of People Systems, this roleis responsible forthe day‑to‑day ownership and optimisation of our HR systems, ensuring they work in practice for our people acrossourstores, DCs, and Support Centre. This role is all about striking the right balance between maximising system capability and delivering a seamless, meaningful employee experience. He kōreromōu– About you This role will suit someone who is practical,people‑focused, andsystems‑savvy.We’rekeen to hear from you if you have: Experience working with HR / People Systems (SuccessFactors experience is ideal but not essential) A background in people systems, HRIS, orin‑houseHR technology Confidence configuring and improvingcloud‑basedsystems The ability toproblem‑solveand support users in a live operational environment A collaborative style and strong stakeholder management skills And importantly-you enjoy making systems workbetterfor people.
