Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain design systems, utilizing tools like Figma. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve accessibility standards. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in product design and user experience. Requirements Proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design systems, particularly with Figma. Excellent skills in UI and visual design, with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with accessibility standards, including WCAG. Experience in interaction design and prototyping methodologies. Background in designing digital products for B2C markets, especially in eCommerce, retail, loyalty, marketplace, or membership platforms. Demonstrated ability to mentor or coach other designers. Capability to work independently while contributing to team projects.
