Premium Front of House Staff Are you an experienced Front of House professional looking for your next opportunity in premium hospitality? We're seeking confident hospitality professionals with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-end environments and can confidently carry three plates while maintaining outstanding service standards. Where You'll Work Our Premium Front of House team works across a range of high-quality hospitality venues, including: Premium restaurants Boutique hotels Private functions and events Corporate hospitality Wedding and event venues Fine dining establishments Every shift offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitality professionals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Be Doing Duties may include: Greeting and seating guests with a warm and professional approach Providing exceptional table service Taking food and beverage orders accurately Serving food and beverages to a high standard Confidently carrying three plates during service Setting and clearing tables efficiently Preparing dining areas before service Working closely with kitchen and bar teams Maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards Delivering an outstanding guest experience throughout every shift What We're Looking For To be successful, you'll ideally have: A minimum of 3 to 5 years Front of House experience in restaurants, hotels or premium hospitality venues The ability to confidently carry three plates Exceptional customer service and communication skillsA professional appearance and positive attitude The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues Excellent attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Availability to work evenings, weekends and event shifts A full New Zealand driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle, allowing you to travel to different client venues across Christchurch What We Offer $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience Weekly pay Opportunities to work at some of Christchurch's leading hospitality venues Flexible shifts across a variety of premium events and venues Ongoing support from our friendly recruitment team The opportunity to work in high-end hospitality environments with reputable clients Please Note Applicants must currently be in New Zealand and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
