Community Connections is seeking a hands-on Service Delivery Lead to manage Supported Independent Living and Residential Services in Taranaki. You will lead a team delivering person-centred support, ensure quality and compliance, develop staff capability, and solve operational challenges. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll have authority to innovate, remove barriers to independence, and build a team that’s equipped and engaged.
