About the job opportunity Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, this newly created role offers the opportunity to help shape the TDX's IT environment and make a real impact. You'll lead key infrastructure projects, drive technical improvements, and provide senior engineering expertise across the business. You'll act as the technical escalation point for complex issues while delivering projects across cloud, networking, security, endpoint management, and core infrastructure. With autonomy to identify opportunities and implement solutions, you'll play a key role in modernising systems and improving best practice. Responsibilities include: Lead infrastructure projects from planning through to technical delivery Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues Administer and maintain Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid environments Design and manage device compliance, security, and conditional access policies Maintain and improve Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server infrastructure Support cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability management, and incident response Develop PowerShell automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Systems Administrators Manage backup, recovery, and business continuity solutions What’s in it for you?
