Ballantynes is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Hospitality Team, working in the Tearooms Production and Kin Bistro Kitchens. The Production Kitchen supplies high-volume, quality products for Tearooms, Home Kitchen Range, and Retail Pantry. Kin, a sixty-seat Bistro, features a modern seasonal menu and hosts in-house events throughout the year.
