3718 Labourer - Christchurch (Coleridge)

Our safe & supportive Christchurch team is looking for a reliable Labourer to join us. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our site running smoothly by: Cleaning, sorting and storing bins and equipment Assisting with bin repairs and maintenance Operating machinery such as forklifts and loaders Carrying out general yard duties Providing cover in other operational areas when needed, including sorting at CIAL What you'll bring: Experience in a labouring, maintenance, waste, or similar hands-on role A full Class 1 licence Forklift (F endorsement) and OSH certification preferred but not essential Experience operating machinery or large vehicles A strong commitment to health and safety A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in Reliability and a team-focused approach Full training, induction and site assessments will be provided. The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment health assessment (including a drug test) and Ministry of Justice criminal records check.
