Based at one of our busy branches, you'll be the face of SIXT—delivering exceptional service while actively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our premium products. Whether it's recommending the perfect vehicle for a North Island road trip, offering upgrades, or promoting value-added extras like GPS, insurance packages, or child seats, you'll play a key role in helping customers get the most out of their journey while contributing to branch sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Proactively promoting and selling rental upgrades, protection packages, and additional services Welcoming and engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via email Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales KPIs (e.g. revenue per rental, conversion rates) Processing reservations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation Collaborating with branch and regional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Supporting operational excellence and contributing to a positive team culture About You We're looking for someone who's not just great with people—and also driven by results and thrives in a target-driven environment.
