Job Description Christchurch based (Justice Precinct close to CBD) 34 hours / week 12month fixed term We areseekinga highly organised, detail-oriented Gifts in Wills Administrator to support the effective administration and stewardship of our Gifts in Wills programme. This role plays a vital part in ensuring supporter information is accuratelymaintained, Gifts in Wills records are managed with care, and data from a variety of sources is processed and reported effectively. A key focus of the role will bemaintainingthe integrity of our supporter database,analysingand updating records, and supporting a significant programme of data updates arising fromdonor interactions. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the Gifts in Wills portfolioand wider Fundraising team,maintainaccuraterecords and reporting, and help deliver exceptionaldonorcare. Key Responsibilities MaintainingGifts in Wills records within the organisation's CRM/database. SupportGifts in Wills inboxorganising, responding to enquiries, prioritising requests, and ensuringtimelyfollow-up and action. Assistwith data quality activities, including reviewing records,identifyingdiscrepanciesand updating information asrequired. Prepare reports, reconciliations and data summaries using Excel and CRM systems. Ensureaccuraterecording,trackingand reporting of Gifts in Wills enquiries, prospects,pledgesand confirmed gifts. Coordinate and record supporter stewardship activities, including thank you calls, follow-up communications and acknowledgements. Provide administrative support to the Gifts in Wills Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation,printingand other administrative tasks asrequired. This is a 12 month fixed term position working 34 hours / week. Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and Fridays 9am - 1pm. Qualifications Ko wai koe - About you: This position would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident using Excel and database systems. Proven administrative experience, ideally within fundraising,customer servicesadministrationor a similar environment. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to sort, filter, reconcile and analyse data. Experience working with databases or CRM systems andmaintainingdata accuracy and integrity.Experience in using Salesforce CRM is an advantage Confidence working with large datasets and performing data entry,validationand quality assurance tasks. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
