Location: Brooklands, Sale Engagement: Full-time Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per year Team: Engineering Team What you'll do: Oversee the development of modern frontend applications utilizing React and TypeScript. Collaborate with the team on backend development using PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or.NET Core. Foster a culture of software craftsmanship and automated testing within the team. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality code practices. Requirements: Proven experience in developing modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript in a production setting. Familiarity with PHP/Laravel from previous projects, even if not currently in use. Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or.NET Core is advantageous.Demonstrated hands-on leadership in technical roles, with a focus on engineering rather than purely managerial tasks. Strong grasp of software craftsmanship principles and automated testing methodologies.
