IHC New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives at home and in the community in West Auckland. You will help people develop daily living skills, navigate transport, prepare meals, and participate in meaningful activities, while upholding dignity, safety, and person-centered care.
