The role We are seeking an energetic and innovative maths teacher specialising in statistics and calculus to lead our senior science teaching (NCEA Levels 2 and 3)and alsodeliver Year 11 maths. Whereappropriate, learning will be delivered through a sport lens, integrating scientific understanding with performance, human biology,biomechanicsand wellbeing. The successful candidate will design and deliver rigorous and engaging maths programmes that connect to sport,healthand real-life application. Ability to teach statistics and calculus at senior level is a benefit and will strengthen an application. All combinations of maths skills mentioned above will be considered. We are looking for A fully registered teacher with a current NZ Teaching Council practising certificate. Proven ability to teach senior statistics/calculus at NCEA Level 2/3 and Year 11 mathematics. Passion for an educational environment that values academic achievement, performance,wellbeingand identity.
