Site Manager

Stellar Recruitment is partnered with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a major interior fit out for a government client in Mt Eden. We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to own on-site delivery. This is fit out at the top end of the market. Quality standards, documentation, and client scrutiny are all high - tier one discipline matters here. If you've built your career in commercial interiors, this is worth a look. Services coordination isn't essential, but it will make you stand out. You'll be involved in: Managing day-to-day delivery across the fit out workstream Coordinating fit out subcontractors and trades to programme Overseeing programme, quality, and safety outcomes on site Working closely with the Project Manager, QS, and client representatives Managing ITPs, inspections, and staged handovers Resolving on-site issues before they hit programme What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects Background with a Tier 1 or established main contractor Strong grasp of programme, quality assurance, and site documentation Strong coordination and communication across trades and project teams Solid health, safety, and quality understanding on major projects Services coordination or government client experience well regarded What's on Offer Competitive remuneration package Day shift, no night or weekend rotation High-profile project with a well-recognised end client Tier 1 contractor with a strong pipeline and a professional team A project where your fit out expertise is genuinely valued #J-18808-Ljbffr
