Community Relations Officer
\n Location: Auckland
\n Hours: 30-40 hours per week
\n Wage: $32 - $35 p/h

About the Role:
\n The Community Relations Officer at Happy Valley Women and Children’s Foundation plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation's growth and well-being while ensuring exceptional member support. This position requires a dynamic combination of public relations expertise, event management skills, and the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with external stakeholders. By empowering and supporting women and children within the community, the Community Relations Officer actively contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the foundation’s initiatives.

About You :
\n You will be working closely with the management team and external stakeholders. We expect you to have:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or no less than three years’ relevant experience.

  • A genuine interest in media and communications.
  • \n
  • A proactive, positive and collaborative working approach.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.

  • An eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
