Product Owner - Secondment - Data - Lend & Protect

We have a 12 month secondment opportunity for an outstanding professional to join ASB's Lend and Protect (L&P) Tribe and more specifically, the nCino programme. The nCino programme will ultimately deliver Business Bank's vision for business lending by building data powered lending experiences to ensure it's fast and easy to get capital in the hands of NZ businesses. The role focuses on improving data quality, supporting initiatives like Snowflake , and creating data helps our Lenders make better lending decisions .

You’llbe responsible foryour squad outputs, guiding your team to deliver transformation through superior design and efficient build, shifting away from how we do things today and focusing on the future.

• You possess strong data product management experience, effective communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences within a complex environment.

• You'lloffer extensive experience in Businessand HomeLending, bringing your insights and transformation mindset to enable delivery of lending transformation.

• You are someone who can adopt a strategic view, enable others to share a vision for the future, and balance the ongoing needs of delivering a great, future-fit lender experience by leveragingnCino's'out of the box' capabilities.

• You are articulate and know how to provideclarityso others are clear about the work that needs to bedelivered, and are empowered to do it.

• You'llbe excellent at collaborating with other teams to deliver value in a larger programme.

• Reducing risk and delivering value are key to this role's success: You are results driven and have experience measuring value against business metrics.

• A solid understanding of risk will ensure delivery and risk management is adhered to.
