The Mortgage Broker Assistant & Loan Processor is responsible for supporting mortgage advisers through every stage of the client journey—from initial enquiry through to loan settlement and post-settlement follow-up. This role combines customer service, administration, loan processing, compliance, and relationship management. The successful candidate will ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and submitted efficiently while providing outstanding support to clients.
