Working across business and digital teams,you’lltranslate needs into practical information, datamanagementand technology solutions. Leadstrongdata andinformationpractices,governanceand stewardship to improve coordination, collaboration, decisionmaking, andemerging AI capabilities. Leverage our technical infrastructure to support dataand informationgovernance, includingmaster data management,metadata, information architecture,and lifecycle management. Partner with teams to understand challenges,identifyopportunities and translate needs into practical solutions. Advise onorganising, governing,retaining,findingand usinginformation and digital assets, whilesupportingand promoting regulatory compliance. Identifyorganisationalusagetrends,risksand opportunities, withpractical recommendations for improvement. Support change by helping teams adopt improved processes,practicesand ways of working. This rolesuitssomeone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, influencingchangeand creating practical solutions that makeworkeasier for others. Whatyou'llneed to be successful Experience in information management,datamanagement, data governance, knowledge management, businessanalysisor a relatedfield. Strong advisory and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams. A sound understanding of the Public Records Act,information lifecycle management,anddata maturityframeworks. Experience improving the quality,accessibilityand discoverability of information. Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills, including requirementsgatheringand practicalsolution design. The ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical advice that delivers business value. Practical experience with SharePoint, Microsoft365or comparable platforms for managing content and information. Above all,we’relooking for a curious problem solver and trusted advisor whocan helpothers get more value from information and data. What'snext?
