We're looking for someone who wants to help lead the next chapter of our small rural school, where culture matters, every learner is known, and quality teaching is at the heart of what we do. Our vision is Together We Succeed, underpinned by the belief that belonging drives growth. With around 60 students across three classes, every learner is known and every relationship matters. It's the kind of school where you'll quickly know every learner by name—and before long, their siblings, pets and favourite sports too. This role combines classroom teaching with leadership responsibilities. It includes one permanent management unit (and a high possibility of a further fixed-term unit), with the needs of the school and the successful applicant's strengths.
