Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of service delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for future reference and training purposes. Assist in the creation and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve service quality. Train and mentor new team members on best practices in customer service and operational processes, fostering a culture of excellence. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer data effectively. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share insights, and collaborate on strategies to enhance customer service. Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Contribute to the development of customer service training programs, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Support the Operations team in various administrative tasks, including reporting and data entry, to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an operations or administrative environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self‑motivated and capable of working independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and data. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment. A customer‑centric mindset, with a genuine desire to help and support clients. Familiarity with service quality metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements. Nice to have Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector, providing insight into industry‑specific customer needs. Knowledge of project management principles and practices, which can enhance operational efficiency. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, allowing for better communication with a diverse customer base. Previous experience in training or mentoring roles, contributing to team development and performance.
