Part Time Customer Service Representative 05th August, 2026 A rental car business company in Auckland Airport precinct is looking for customer focused, high performing Part Time Customer Service Representative to join their exceptional team. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of company. You will be based at the Auckland Store and you may be required to work at other NZ stores within reasonable travel distance. In this role you will; Key Duties Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging customers Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately Sell rental options to the valued customers Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements Work as part of a high performing team This is a permanent role offering at least 30 hours per week. Job Requirements Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred Computer literacy skills required Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply) A full and current NZ driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles #J-18808-Ljbffr
