HR Business Partner

This part-time, FTE role offers the opportunity to join a company that is currently undergoing a reshaped HR operating model, building stronger domain-aligned support. You’ll be the standalone HR presence on site, supporting teams mainly across New Zealand and Australia, partnering closely with the local GM team and a wider HR team (dotted line support). The role will have a strong focus on employee relations through change, performance and complex conversations. You’ll also own end-to-end recruitment across mainly New Zealand and Australia. Travel to Australia will be required 1-2 per year. Travel to Australia will be required 1-2 per year. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with proven HRBP / senior generalist experience with high level of confidence in ER case management. Your strength will span across performance management, investigations, mediation, and negotiated exits. Hands‑on, end to end recruitment capability across technical / trade / engineering roles is also a requirement for the role. You must bring resilience and the ability to build trust with strong operational leaders. It’ll be beneficial if you’ve got previous experience supporting an Australia based team.
