Job Description
Seeking reliable and motivated Class 2 Truck Drivers The team plays a critical role in preparing, transporting, and loading catering supplies for airline services. About the Role In this role, you will operate Class 2 high-lifter trucks to deliver catering supplies directly to aircraft. This position requires precision driving, strong safety awareness, and effective communication, as you will be working in a controlled airside environment. During downtime between flight schedules, you will also assist with packing and preparing non-food supplies for delivery. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Operate Class 2 heavy vehicles (high-lifter trucks) within the airport precinct Deliver and load catering supplies onto aircraft and remove inbound airline supplies Perform close-range, low-speed precision driving around aircraft Communicate clearly with airside staff and flight crews Assist with packing and preparing non-food catering supplies during downtime Follow all safety, aviation, and company procedures at all times Skills and Experience Required: Valid New Zealand Class 2 driver's licence Proven experience driving heavy vehicles (highly desirable) Excellent communication skills with clear spoken English Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment Reliability and flexibility to work across varying shifts What's in it for you?
