We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing activities across multiple channels. About the Role As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns and projects from concept through to delivery. Working closely with marketing specialists, stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and activities. Managing campaign time lines, briefs, deliverables, and workflows. Liaising with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers. Supporting the development and production of marketing content across digital and traditional channels. Coordinating photography, video, design, and creative production requirements. Ensuring all marketing outputs align with brand standards and guidelines. Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to support continuous improvement. Supporting project planning, implementation, and evaluation. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: At least 4 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or similar role. Experience developing and implementing marketing plans that deliver measurable results. Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with advertising agencies, media suppliers, creative vendors, and specialist contractors. Knowledge of integrated marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor advertising. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong written communication and copywriting abilities. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
