Community Connections is seeking a Behaviour Specialist to work with people we support, their whānau, and teams to understand behaviours of concern and develop practical, person-centred strategies to enhance quality of life. You will embed Positive Behaviour Support plans into everyday practice, coach frontline staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure sustainable, high-quality supports.
