Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager for our Richmond store working full-time, Monday to Friday. This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gain access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands. Your key focus will be: Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branch. Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets. Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising as well as living the Farmlands vision and purpose. Supporting the Branch Manager to recruit and induct new staff members. Mōhou ake | About you You bring a range of leadership skills, thrive on mentoring others and you’re eager to grow your leadership capabilities and take the next step in your retail career. You come from a customer facing background and know how to provide great service. You will have knowledge of retail operational processes. Experience in the agricultural sector would be ideal. You have sound computer skills and can pick up new systems easily.
