Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive recycling and used parts division. You will manage sales strategies, budget allocation, and operational revenue goals. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business, along with at least 2 years of management experience and 1 year of specialized automotive parts sales experience.
\nAbout the Role:
\n We are an established automotive recycling business specializing in the dismantling, sourcing, and distribution of high-quality recycled automotive components. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, define strategic growth targets, and manage our business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
\n - Develop and execute strategic sales plans, annual forecasts, and revenue targets to maximize division profitability.
\n - Lead, supervise, and mentor sales personnel, establishing key performance metrics (KPIs) and overseeing staff performance.
\n - Oversee sales operations, financial budgeting, and high-level negotiations with B2B corporate clients, insurance assessors, and bulk exporters.
\n - Analyze market trends, inventory valuation, and pricing structures to optimize stock turnover and profit margins.
\n - Establish and enforce operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance with statutory industry regulations.
\n - Deliver comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations directly to senior executive leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications:
\n - Education: A formal Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is strictly required.
\n - Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership and budget control.
\n - Industry Experience: At least 1 year of direct experience in automotive parts sales, cataloging, or recycling environments.
\n - Key Competencies: Advanced strategic planning, financial reporting expertise, inventory management software familiarity, and executive negotiation skills.
