EECA Programme Delivery Manager

Bring your planning and programme management delivery skills to an organisation making a difference Work with a wide range of people at EECA to support our mission of improving how we use energy in New Zealand 12-Month Fixed-Term role based in Wellington We are looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to oversee and support the successful execution of priority programmes across EECA. This is an important role which will involve coordinating, planning overseeing multiple projects with significant interdependencies. Key responsibilities of the role involve: Reporting - providing visibility and risk management on the progress of strategic projects. Providing project management expertise for key delivery initiatives as required Ensuring that key projects are consistently managed in accordance with good practice and right sized for the organisation. Having strong working relationships to facilitate collaborative problem solving and supporteffective and efficient decision making. We are looking for some who would bring: 7+ years in a Programme Management role Significant experience leading complex programmes or cross organisational initiatives A proactive, organised approach with a sharp eye for both detail and strategic context Proven experience managing cross-functional projects Ability to work as a collaborative team member across the organisation An important opportunity to join a government agency with a strong focus on delivery, to do meaningful work with motivated people that has a tangible impact on the lives of New Zealanders In addition we provide: Access to a well-utilised social club An excellent working environment - with a dynamic work culture.
