Key facts Location: Marlborough, Middlesex County, MA Engagement: Onsite Compensation: $199,175 What you'll do Oversee software engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related field. Proven track record of leading software development teams and managing complex projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance, specifically a DoD Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to security clearance requirements. Skills & tools Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
