About the Role Permanent North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals As a Registered Nurse within the Waitematā Central Staffing Team (Nursing Bureau), you will have the unique opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas, providing essential support where it is needed most. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to broaden your clinical experience while being part of a supportive and highly collaborative team environment. You will use your skills to provide short notice leave cover and support clinical environments during periods of high demand. Working alongside ward-based nurses in direct clinical care, you will role model best practice and contribute to maintaining safe, high-quality patient care. We are a responsive, solution-focused team committed to ensuring safe staffing and quality patient outcomes. Opportunities are available to work across both sites, with the ability to identify a preferred site where possible.
