You'll advise businesses, investors, developers and landowners throughout the South West, London and across the UK on a wide variety of high-value commercial property transactions and you'll have an established client base to work with. You’ll manage a varied commercial property caseload, advising clients on matters including: Commercial acquisitions and disposals. Freehold and leasehold transactions. Commercial landlord and tenant work. Property finance. Development projects. Property aspects of corporate transactions. Lease negotiations and associated documentation.
