Role commences start of November, leading a premium food and beverage offering. We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced hospitality leaders who are passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences and leading successful venue operations. As a Venue Manager , you will oversee all aspects of venue operations, including food and beverage delivery, financial performance, team leadership, events management, customer satisfaction, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader ready to make a meaningful impact in a premium hospitality environment. Lead day-to-day venue operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable customer experience. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team. Manage financial performance, including budgets, stock control, labour costs, and revenue opportunities. Oversee events and functions, ensuring successful planning, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and liquor licensing requirements while ensuring high venue presentation standards. Passionate about delivering exceptional service daily and driving continuous improvement. Proven experience in venue, hospitality, catering, restaurant, club, or food service management. Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and motivating successful teams. Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and business performance.
