As a Workplace Experience Officer , you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience across a premium corporate environment. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will coordinate meetings, events, workplace services, facilities support, catering requirements, and day‑to‑day office operations while ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. This is a Permanent position with guaranteed 30 hours per week. Deliver exceptional front‑of‑house, visitor, and workplace experience services for clients, staff, and guests. Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering, audiovisual requirements, and workplace bookings. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Support facilities management, maintenance coordination, compliance reporting, and workplace administration. Monitor service delivery standards, manage customer feedback, and continuously improve workplace operations. Experience in hospitality, workplace experience, reception, customer service, facilities, or corporate support environments. A confident and professional communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong administration, planning, and time management capabilities. Solutions‑focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive workplace experiences.
